TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms
50% deposit is payable at time of booking, balance payable on arrival.
100% full payment is payable if the booking request is within 1-30 days prior to check-in.
$300 RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) is payable on arrival. To be refunded 1-2 days after departure providing there is no evidence of any damage.

Cancellation Terms

Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days or more before check-in.

Between 7 – 30 days of check-in  50% refund.

If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, no refund.

No show – No refund will be made.
